With over 20 years board level experience in the construction, logistics and healthcare sectors, Mel Tomlin has worked with businesses worldwide to develop, grow, and transform organisational performance.

Mel has a successful track record developing strategy and driving execution at a corporate level. She has led significant organisation-wide change programs as well as major M&A initiatives. Currently, Mel works with Boards, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to improve organisational performance through clear strategic direction, robust governance and risk management and targeted transformation programs.
