Dr Erik Lüders

Dr Erik Lüders is a partner at SKR Beteiligungs AG with more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He has advised leading financial institutions as well as technology and logistics companies on strategy, risk, compliance, capital management and M&A, and has led numerous cost and efficiency improvement programmes.
He brings deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, including extensive due diligence and transaction experience. Before joining SKR, Dr Lüders was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, EY and Deloitte, and he currently serves as a supervisory board member of mwb fairtrade Wertpapierhandelsbank AG.
Earlier in his career, he worked with a private-equity firm in California and as a professor of capital markets and risk management in Canada.
