With over 20 years’ experience in the financial sector, Dr Erik Lüders has advised leading financial institutions, technology and logistics companies worldwide and supported companies in growth, consolidation and crisis phases.
During his career, Dr Erik Lüders was a partner at McKinsey & Company, EY and Deloitte. At these companies, he was responsible for risk practice. Another focus of his work was innovation and innovation management. Prior to his time as a consultant, he worked for a private equity firm in California and as a professor of capital markets and risk management in Canada.
