Cyber security

From the security assessment (“IT security check”) to the security strategy, we will assess your organisation’s cybersecurity maturity in terms of prevention, detection and response. Tailored to individual threat scenarios, we will implement a customised security architecture (organisation, processes, systems).

Increasing IT efficiency and effectiveness

Incorrect or oversized IT systems often stand in the way of changes within a company. In order to increase efficiency and effectiveness, it is often necessary to restructure or right-size the IT organisation. We will perform end-to-end process analyses, optimise the operating model to better integrate the IT with the business, and design and manage structural cost-reduction programmes. We will also provide interim management as Chief Information Officer (CIO) or Chief Digital Officer (CDO).
